You must first create an account, once you are ready you can place an order.

* The benefits of a registered member are:

• Sign in anytime to check your orders
• Profile details (change items), wish list, comparison list, etc.
• Your future purchases are made directly without registration

Each order is checked for availability and ready for business days (Monday to Friday). If all products are available, they will be ready and shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

From the time of shipment, the parcel will be in your hands within 1-7 business days.

Cyprus & Greece

Delivery time is 1-7 days.

European Union

For shipment to European Union countries, delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Other Countries

For shipping to other countries, the delivery time is 3-7 business days.

If you have signed up for constantinou-jewels, click on “Login” or “My Account” and sign in with your email address and password.

You can see the status of orders placed during your login. You can also contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and request for your order status.

You can cancel your order or change it by contacting us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order with your name, order number, and a cancellation request or description of the change requested.
We will make every effort to cancel or modify your order, but we will not be able to complete the cancellation if your order has been processed or shipped.

Shipments to most European countries are delivered by ACS Courier and to the rest of the world by DHL Courier.

Constantinou-jewels enables you to pay your order with the following payment methods:

Your reason should be your full name, and the name of the beneficiary will be “Constantinos Constantinou Michali”.

For your better and faster service, if you make a deposit or transfer, send a copy of the bank deposit / transfer by email to [email protected] or let us know by phone about the amount and bank you selected.

The amount of the order must be deposited or transferred to a constantinou-jewels account within seven (7) days of the order being registered. Beyond this limit the order will be canceled and constantinou-jewels will not execute it.

Please note that the processing of your order begins upon receipt of the deposit.

If you do not already have Paypal, you can easily do it in 3 simple steps.

1. Sign up for Paypal for free.

2. Add your credit card or put money into your account with Paypal’s guaranteed security and encryption.

3. Buy from constantinou-jewels with your Paypal code.

Now you can also make payments through Paypal without having to sign up.

Prepaid Card

Constantinou-Jewels offers prepaid card payment, with a transaction limit set by their holder each time. Prepaid cards offer the option of choosing the amount by which the customer wants to charge their card.

Cash On Delivery

The cash of delivery is only for cash payment. Checks are not accepted. For payment by cash order, your order amount should not exceed five hundred (500) euros and applies only to Cyprus deliveries.

Shipping options and charges are automatically calculated by our system according to the shipping address and postal code stated by the customer and are always displayed prior to order confirmation / completion.

All tracking number orders are traceable once shipped to customers.

We can only process commands available through the site. This policy ensures that we can accept your orders quickly and that your information is kept secure throughout the ordering process.
